PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

All items are sent via Australia Post.

  • Small, flat items that fit into an envelope may be sent via untracked letter post.

  • All other items will be shipped via regular tracked parcel post.

Delivery times: Please refer to Australia Post for current delivery timeframes.

Tracking details will be supplied once your order has been shipped.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate shipping details are provided at checkout.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

POSTAGE CHARGES

All orders incur a $5.00 flat-rate postage fee.

Items are securely packaged using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. Occasionally, clean recycled packaging materials may be reused.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases. However, a store credit may be offered for unwanted items. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your item arrives faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Reasonable wear and tear or any flaws clearly described in the listing are not considered faults, as this is the nature of vintage items.

  • Please do not return any items without contacting me first.

All returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition and packaging

  • Be returned via tracked postage within 7 days

Refunds for faulty items will include original shipping costs and will be processed once the item has been received.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As all items are handmade and/or vintage, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photographs (for example, pattern placement or embellishment positioning).

Every effort is made to photograph items accurately, however colours may vary slightly due to different screen and monitor settings.

Some items may contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
